Food was stone cold, asked for just lettuce as the salad, they decided to put onions in which is a huge allergen! And to top it all off the driver decided to add a lovely £4 on to the order as he tried to deliver it and charge me £12! Absolute scam artists

Our delivery took 1 hour and 20 minutes from the confirmation email. One of the pizzas was quite burnt but it won't put us off ordering again. It was a while to wait though.

Food was so good. Very well presented for a takeaway place. Was nice and hot. Delivery driver said they Didn’t have the ice cream in stock that I ordered but he had 3 others in a bad for me to pick from which was so good of them. Delivery driver was lovely and so polite.

Made my order at 00.11 through their website but it never arrived. Tried ringing the contact number twice but both times was listed as unrecognized. After finally getting in touch (through a different contact number??) on Just Eat, they told me the website had been down for the last 2 hours, even though I had been able to log in, order, recieve a confirmation email and track my order all within the last hour. No apology or compensation was given for the inconvenience and I wasn't even offered the chance to reorder my food. Very poor customer service!
